  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 c. nuts or more (pecans)
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 large Cool Whip
  • 2 small boxes instant chocolate pudding mix or any flavor
  • 3 c. milk

    Mix flour, margarine and 1/2 cup nuts.

    Press in bottom of 8 x 12-inch pan.

    Bake approximately 15 minutes or until golden brown in 300° oven.
