Chocolate Trifle

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. devil's food cake mix
  • 3 to 6 Heath or Skor bars, crushed
  • 2 pkg. (4 serving size) chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 large tub Cool Whip
  • Kahula or other coffee liqueur

Directions

    Prepare cake mix according to package directions.

    Allow to cool completely.

    Break apart one layer of cooled cake into a large trifle bowl.

    Sprinkle with Kahlua and crushed candy.
  5. 5
    Layer with half of the prepared chocolate pudding and half of the Cool Whip.

    Repeat layers, ending with Cool Whip.

    I save some of the crushed candy for the top.
  8. 8
    Refrigerate until ready to serve.
