  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • nuts, chopped or halves (optional)
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. cocoa
  • 3/4 c. boiling water

Directions

    Mix sugar and cocoa, then add boiling water to dissolve mixture.
