Chocolate Walnut Bread

- 1 pound bread dough frozen
- 4 ounces chocolate (semi-sweet) coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup walnuts chopped
- 3 tablespoons honey
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375F (190C).

2Thaw dough and let rise until twice its original size.

3Punch down and roll dough out to 6x12 inches.

4Sprinkle chocolate and nuts down the center of the dough, leaving about an inch on all sides.

5Pull long sides up towards the center and press to seal.

6Place dough, with seam side on the bottom, into stoneware loaf pan.

7Evenly spread honey over top.

8Bake for 50 to 60 minutes until crust is golden brown.

9Cool slightly in pan.

10Remove from pan and cool.
