  • 1 stick margarine, softened
  • 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 c. whipped topping
  • 2 small pkg. instant chocolate pudding
  • 1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 3 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Mix flour, margarine and nuts.

    Pack in a 9 x 13-inch cake pan.

    Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350°.

    Cool.

    Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and whipped topping.

    Spread over cooled crust. Beat puddings, milk and vanilla until thickened and spread over cream cheese mixture.

    Spread whipped topping over pudding mixture to make final layer.

    Garnish with shaved chocolate bar, if desired.
