- 3/4 c. margarine
- 2 c. white sugar
- 1/2 c. cocoa
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 c. oil
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 c. grated zucchini
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1In a bowl, mix oleomargarine, sugar and cocoa.

2Add 3 eggs while mixing.

3Slowly add flour, baking powder, salt, soda and cinnamon.

4Beat in 1/2 cup milk.

5Stir in zucchini, nuts and vanilla; mix well.

6Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 12-inch cake pan.

7Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
