Cholesterol Free Hot Rolls

Ingredients

  • 2 c. skim milk
  • 6 Tbsp. Sugar Twin or Sprinkle Sweet
  • 1 1/2 tsp. lite salt
  • 4 Tbsp. canola oil
  • 1 pkg. dry yeast
  • 6 c. flour

Directions

    Heat milk until warm enough to add yeast.

    Combine all other ingredients except flour.

    Then start adding flour a little at a time until it is desired consistency, which is not sticky.

    Cover and let rise until double.
  5. 5
    Punch down and make into rolls.

    Let this double and bake at 400° for about 20 minutes or until hollow when tapped one time.

    Sometimes I mix the yeast with rather warm water and then add to milk mixture.
