- 2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
- 1 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
Directions

1Beat egg whites at medium speed until frothy.

2Beat in milk and margarine until blended.

3Beat in flour and salt until smooth. Fill 12 greased muffin cups about 3/4 full.

4Bake 40 to 50 minutes until nicely browned at 375°.
