  • 2 sticks margarine (cholesterol free)
  • 1/3 c. Crisco
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 1 carton Egg Beaters (equivalent to 4 eggs)
  • 1 egg white
  • 3 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder (add to flour)
  • 1 c. skim milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. lemon

    Cream margarine, Crisco and sugar.

    Add Egg Beaters and egg white.

    Alternate flour and milk.

    Add vanilla and lemon flavoring.

    Bake at 350° for one hour and 25 minutes.

    It's good. This is a prize winning cake in the Men's Bake-Off at the church.
