  • 1 pkg. clear noodles, cooked and drained
  • leftover roast beef
  • fresh or frozen spinach
  • veggies (onion, garlic, shredded carrot and zucchini)
  • 2 Tbsp. sesame oil
  • 1/3 c. soy sauce

    Saute veggies in sesame oil.

    Add leftover roast beef to veggies.

    Add spinach.

    Add clear noodles and mix.

    Add about 1/3 cup soy sauce.
