- 3/4 c. onions
- 3/4 c. cooked pork or chicken
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp. fat
- soy sauce
- 1 can bean sprouts
- 1 small can mushrooms
Directions

1Cut celery in 1-inch pieces.

2Slice onions 1/4-inch thick; cut chicken in 1-inch bites. Cook celery, onion, seasonings, fat and meat covered over low flame for 1 hour. Add soy sauce, mushrooms and bean sprouts. Serve with rice. For Chow Mein, serve on crisp Chinese noodles. Serves 4 to 6.
