Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. lean pork
  • 1 large sliced onion
  • 3 stalks celery
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. molasses
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 c. bean sprouts
  • 1 1/2 c. water or chicken broth
  • cooked rice

Directions

    Brown onion and meat.

    Add celery and bean sprouts.

    Mix chicken broth or water with soy sauce, molasses, salt and pepper. Add to mixture in skillet.

    Simmer until vegetables are just done. Mix cornstarch with a little water.

    Stir in.

    Cook until thickened and bubbly hot.

    Serve over rice on warmed plates.
