Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. lean pork
- 1 large sliced onion
- 3 stalks celery
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. molasses
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 c. bean sprouts
- 1 1/2 c. water or chicken broth
- cooked rice
Directions

1Brown onion and meat.

2Add celery and bean sprouts.

3Mix chicken broth or water with soy sauce, molasses, salt and pepper. Add to mixture in skillet.

4Simmer until vegetables are just done. Mix cornstarch with a little water.

5Stir in.

6Cook until thickened and bubbly hot.

7Serve over rice on warmed plates.
