- 1 1/2 lb. pork, cubed
- 1 1/2 lb. beef, cubed
- 3 c. diced celery
- 3 c. diced onion
- 2 c. water
- salt and pepper
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. bead molasses
- 1 can bean sprouts, drained
Directions

1Brown together pork and beef; put in kettle.

2Add the celery, onion, 2 cups water and salt and pepper to taste.

3Cook 1/2 hour, then add the soy sauce and bead molasses.

4Cook 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender.

5Add bean sprouts and thicken.

6Serve over rice and/or noodles.
