- 2 c. boiling water
- 3 bouillon cubes
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 lb. diced meat (beef or chop suey mixture)
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 c. sliced onion
- 2 c. celery
Directions

1Make stock with water, soy sauce and bouillon cubes. Add stock to browned meat. Simmer for at least 1/2 hour.

2Add chop suey vegetables. Serve over rice. Basic chop suey recipe freezes well.
