  • 1 lb. pork tenderloin
  • 1/2 c. fat
  • 1 c. onions
  • 2 c. celery
  • 1 can bean sprouts
  • 1 can mushrooms, drained
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 tsp. soy sauce (or to taste)

    pepper and sage to taste to the broth. Stir in cornmeal until thick (very thick). Pour in a buttered loaf

    in freezer until hard enough to slice.
