- 2 c. celery
- 1 can bean sprouts
- 1 can mushrooms, drained
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
- 1/2 tsp. garlic
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 tsp. soy sauce (or to taste)
