- 4 pork chops
- 1/2 c. flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese
- 3 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Mix bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese in a shallow bowl.

2Dip chops in flour, then in egg, and dredge in bread crumb mixture. Melt butter in large skillet and brown chops.

3Reduce heat, cover and cook for about 3 minutes.

4Remove cover and continue cooking until chops are completely cooked.

5Season with salt and pepper. Serve with lemon and buttered noodles.
