Chorizo Supreme Pizza

Directions

   Cook chorizo in skillet until cooked through (170F); cut into thin slices.

   Spread each pizza crust with 1/2 cup of the pizza sauce; sprinkle with 1/2 cup of the Monterey Jack cheese and 1 Tbsp.

   of the Parmesan cheese.

   Top with about 3-1/2 oz.

   chorizo, 1/2 cup of the mushrooms, 1/4 cup of the banana pepper rings, 1/4 cup of the red peppers, 1/4 cup of the olives and 2 Tbsp.

   of the green peppers.

   Sprinkle with additional 1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese and additional 1 Tbsp.

   Parmesan cheese.

   Bake in 425F-standard oven for 15 to 20 min.

    or until Monterey Jack cheese is melted and crust is crisp and lightly browned.
