  • 4 bratwurst sausages (about 3/4 lb.)
  • 4 pork boneless loin chops, cut in half (about 1 1/2 lb.)
  • 1 large onion, chopped (about 1 c.)
  • 2 tart red apples, sliced
  • 1 (32 oz.) jar sauerkraut, drained
  • 1/2 c. apple juice
