- 5 green tomatoes, stem ends removed
- 6 green peppers
- 1/4 pickling salt
- 2 c. vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp. celery seed
- 1 c. shredded cabbage
- 6 red peppers
- 2 c. cauliflower
- 12 hot red and green peppers (6 each)
- 3 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. mustard seed
- 3/4 tsp. turmeric
Directions

1Coarsely grind onions, tomatoes, green and red peppers, and (hot) green and red peppers.

2Add cabbage. Sprinkle with pickling salt.

3Let stand overnight.

4Rinse and drain.
