- 4 c. cabbage
- 4 c. bell pepper
- 4 c. onions
- 4 c. green tomatoes
- 6 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1 1/2 tsp. turmeric
- 2 Tbsp. mustard seed
- 4 c. vinegar
- 2 c. water
Directions

1Grind first 4 ingredients and soak in 1 cup of salt overnight. Rinse with cool water the next morning.

2Squeeze all water from the ground vegetables.

3Mix last 6 ingredients with the vegetables.

4Cook about 5 minutes.

5Pour into jars and seal.
