- 4 c. onion
- 4 c. green tomatoes
- 12 green sweet peppers
- 6 red sweet peppers
- 6 c. sugar
- 4 c. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. celery seed
- 2 Tbsp. mustard seed
Directions

1Grind vegetables, sprinkled with 1/2 cup salt with water.

2Let stand 2 or 3 hours.

3Rinse and drain well.

4Combine vinegar, sugar and spices.

5Pour over vegetables and cook to desired thickness. Put in jars and seal.
