- 1/2 gal. green tomatoes
- 1/2 gal. cabbage
- 1/2 gal. cucumbers
- 6 green bell peppers
- 6 onions (medium to large)
- 3/4 c. salt
- 6 hot peppers (optional)
- 3 c. sugar
- 3 c. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. ginger
- 1/2 tsp. turmeric
- 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
Directions

1Chop green tomatoes, cabbage, cucumbers, green bell peppers, onions and hot peppers.

2(May be very fine if you like.)

3Mix together with salt and cover with ice.

4Let stand for 2 hours. Drain.
