- 12 green tomatoes
- 12 green or red bell peppers
- 1/2 c. salt
- 6 c. vinegar
- 4 c. onions
- 4 c. cabbage (optional)
- 2 Tbsp. mustard seed
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. turmeric
- 1 Tbsp. celery seed
- 4 to 6 hot peppers
Directions

1Grind tomatoes, peppers, onions and cabbage; drain.

2Sprinkle with salt.

3Let set overnight.

4Rinse and drain.

5Combine remaining ingredients.

6Heat to full boil; boil 10 to 15 minutes. Put in jars and seal.
