- 4 green peppers, chopped
- 1 qt. vinegar
- 4 heads of cabbage, chopped
- 12 lb. green tomatoes, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. salt
- 1 3/4 c. sugar
- 8 large cucumbers, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp. allspice
- 3 Tbsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
Directions

1Mix all chopped vegetables. Mix with salt and sugar; let sit overnight. Add the final four ingredients. Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes. Place in sterilized jars and seal. Place in boiling water for 5 minutes.
