- 1 qt. cabbage
- 1 qt. green tomatoes
- 2 sweet green peppers
- 1 sweet red pepper
- 4 onions
- 1/4 c. salt
- 2 hot peppers
- 1 1/2 pt. vinegar
- 1 c. water
- 2 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
- 1 Tbsp. turmeric
- 1 Tbsp. celery seed
Directions

1Grind vegetables and salt.

2Let stand for 2 hours, then drain. Boil vinegar and spices 5 minutes.

3Add vegetables and cook slowly 30 to 40 minutes.

4Seal in hot sterile jars.
