Ingredients

  • 2 large heads cabbage
  • 6 large onions (Vidalia if possible)
  • 20 medium green tomatoes
  • 6 green bell peppers
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 25 pods hot pepper
  • 6 c. white vinegar
  • 5 c. sugar
  • 5 Tbsp. mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. salt

Directions

    Grind all vegetables together in food processor for fine chop or hand chop for coarse chop (recommend hand chop all tomatoes and red pepper).

    Add other ingredients and cook on medium heat to bring to a boil, then boil on low heat for 30 minutes.

    Makes 10 to 12 quarts.
