- 2 c. chopped green tomatoes
- 2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 Tbsp. mustard seed
- 2 c. chopped peppers (red and green mixed)
- 3 Tbsp. salt
- 2 c. chopped onions
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. turmeric
- 2 tsp. celery seed
Directions
