- 1 gal. chopped cabbage
- 4 or 5 large, chopped green peppers
- 3 or 4 large onions
- 1/2 gal. chopped green tomatoes
- 4 or 5 slightly ripe tomatoes
- 1/2 c. salt
- 8 or 9 medium cucumbers
- 4 c. vinegar
- 2 c. water
- 6 c. sugar
Directions

1All vegetables need to be chopped.

2Mix together.

3Bring vinegar, water, sugar and salt to a boil.

4Add vegetables and simmer 3 minutes.

5Pack in jars and cook in hot water bath 5 minutes.

6Makes 11 or 12 pints.
