  • 6 lb. cabbage chopped
  • 24 peppers
  • 3 lb. onions
  • 3 lb. sugar
  • 1 qt. vinegar
  • 2 tsp celery seed
  • 2 tsp mustard seed
  • 2 tsp turmeric
  • 1 handful salt

Directions

    Mix cabbage, peppers, onions together with salt.

    Let set two hours.

    Mix other ingredients, pour over cabbage and let simmer 20 minutes.
