- 1 gal. green tomatoes
- 1 gal. red and green bell peppers
- 1 c. minced hot peppers
- 1/2 c. salt
- 4 lb. onions
- 4 heads cabbage
- 3/4 gal. vinegar
- 3 lb. brown sugar
Directions

1Boil vinegar and sugar for 8 minutes.

2Cool.

3Put all vegetables through a coarse food chopper (processor).

4Add salt to vegetables; mix well and let stand for 4 hours.

5Squeeze all the juice out, then add cooled vinegar.

6Put in prepared jars and seal.
