  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1/2 lb. char siu, slice thin
  • 1 Tbsp. grated ginger
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 Tbsp. oyster sauce
  • 1 pkg. bean sprouts
  • 1 stalk celery, sliced thin
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1/2 box frozen broccoli
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 10 oz. chow fun noodles, cooked
  • sesame seed

Directions

    Heat oil in skillet until very hot.

    Fry char siu for 1 minute. Add next 4 ingredients.

    Cook 1 minute.

    Add vegetables.

    Stir-fry 2 minutes.

    Add drained noodles.

    Cook 2 minutes.

    Put into shallow bowl.

    Sprinkle with sesame seed.
