- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. oyster sauce
- 1 pkg. bean sprouts
- 1 stalk celery, sliced thin
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1/2 box frozen broccoli
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 10 oz. chow fun noodles, cooked
- sesame seed
Directions

1Heat oil in skillet until very hot.

2Fry char siu for 1 minute. Add next 4 ingredients.

5Stir-fry 2 minutes.

6Add drained noodles.

7Cook 2 minutes.

8Put into shallow bowl.
