- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 c. chopped onion (Spring)
- 2/3 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 1/2 c. chopped beef steak
- 3 eggs, beaten with 4 tsp. water
- 2/3 c. chopped cooked ham
- 1 c. cooked shrimp
- 5 to 6 c. cooked rice, chilled and dried
- soy sauce
Directions

1Saute garlic in oil until brown (set aside).

2Saute onion and green pepper until transparent (set aside).

3Cook eggs in pancake shape, cut into strips (set aside).

4Brown beef lightly; add ham, shrimp and cook over medium heat.

5Add rice, one cup at a time, stirring to separate.

6Add eggs to rice mixture.

7Toss lightly, season with soy sauce.
