- 3/4 c. sliced celery
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 lb. pork
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Cook celery and onions in 2 tablespoons hot oil for 5 minutes. Add salt, bean sprouts and cook, covered, 5 minutes.
