- 1 1/2 lb. hamburger or chow mein meat
- 2 tsp. beef bouillon
- 3 c. cut celery
- 2 cut up onions
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 3 c. water
- 3 or 4 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 large can bean sprouts
- 1 can cut up chestnuts
- 1 can bamboo shoots
- Kitchen Bouquet
Directions

1Fry hamburger or chow mein meat.

2Combine with beef bouillon, celery, onion, salt, soy sauce and water; cover and cook 20 minutes.

3Add cornstarch, dissolved in 1/2 cup water to thicken. Then add drained bean sprouts, water chestnuts and bamboo shoots. Add Kitchen Bouquet for color.

4Serve over chow mein noodles or rice.
