- 2 or 2 1/2 lb. hamburger, browned and drained
- 4 c. celery, chopped
- 4 large onions, chopped
- 3/4 c. rice
- 1 can chicken rice soup
- 2 cans water
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can bean sprouts or Chinese vegetables
- 1 can chopped water chestnuts
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Directions

1Mix all together and bake 2 hours in slow oven.

2Last half hour, generously cover with chow mein noodles.

3Serve with soy sauce (can add mushrooms).

4We like to serve this with chopped fresh tomatoes and fresh chopped green pepper.

5Also very good with cashews sprinkled over top.
