- 2 large chicken breasts
- 2 Tbsp. butter or peanut oil
- 1 to 1 1/2 c. celery
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. chicken broth or 1 can Swanson
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- peas and carrots (optional)
- 1 (16 oz.) can bean sprouts
- 50 oz. can water chestnuts
Directions

1Saute onion, celery and carrots in butter.

2Simmer.

3Add other ingredients.

4Cut chicken into approximately 1-inch cubes and brown in butter or peanut oil.

5After all is cooked, may want to thicken with cornstarch.

6I use my wok for this dish.
