  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 3 bananas, mashed
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 10 maraschino cherries, chopped
  • 1/2 c. pecans, chopped

Directions

    Mix margarine, sugar, egg and bananas together.

    Add flour and soda.
  3. 3
    Add to other mixture.
  4. 4
    Stir in chocolate chips, cherries and pecans.

    Mix well.

    Bake in greased and floured Bundt pan at 350° for 45 minutes.
