  • 5 to 6 slices bread, broken in pieces
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. chopped green chilies
  • 1 1/2 lb. Owens sausage
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 1/2 c. milk
  • 6 eggs, beaten

Directions

    Put bread pieces in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Cook and drain sausage and add.

    Then add cheese and green chilies.

    Mix the other ingredients together and pour over bread.

    Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
