Christmas Breakfast Quiche

  • 8 slices Bread -cubed
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 pound Sausage - browned & drained
  • 1 can Mushroom soup
  • 2 cups Grated Cheddar Cheese
  • 4 Eggs -beaten
  • 3/4 teaspoon Dry Mustard (optional)
  • 3 cups Milk

Directions

    Mix together eggs, 2 1/2 c. milk, and dry mustard. Set aside

    Mix together mushroom soup, 1/2 c. milk and salt.

    In a 9x13 pan layer the bread, sausage and cheese. Pour the egg mixture over all then top with the soup mixture.

    *Refrigerate over night*

    Bake at 300 for 1 1/2 hours.

    Let set for 15 minutes before serving.
