- 8 slices Bread -cubed
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 pound Sausage - browned & drained
- 1 can Mushroom soup
- 2 cups Grated Cheddar Cheese
- 4 Eggs -beaten
- 3/4 teaspoon Dry Mustard (optional)
- 3 cups Milk
Directions

1Mix together eggs, 2 1/2 c. milk, and dry mustard. Set aside

2Mix together mushroom soup, 1/2 c. milk and salt.

3In a 9x13 pan layer the bread, sausage and cheese. Pour the egg mixture over all then top with the soup mixture.

4*Refrigerate over night*

5Bake at 300 for 1 1/2 hours.

6Let set for 15 minutes before serving.
