- 6 eggs
- 4 c. flour
- 1 lb. margarine
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 oz. lemon flavoring
- 1/2 lb. cherries
- 1/2 lb. pineapple
- 1 qt. pecans
Directions

1Cream together margarine and sugar.

2Add flavorings and mix well.

3Add egg yolks; reserve egg whites for later.

4Mix well. Dredge fruit and nuts in 1 cup of flour, then add to mixture.

5Stir in remaining flour.

6Mix well.

7Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.

8Gently fold egg whites into mixture.

9Place in baking pan. Bake at 325° for 1 1/2 hours.

10This will make one large or 2 small cakes.
