Ingredients

  • 2 lb. box brown sugar
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 c. evaporated milk
  • 7 oz. Marshmallow Creme
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
  • 2 pkg. caramel chips

Directions

    Mix sugar, margarine and milk.

    Cook to 238° on candy thermometer, or soft ball.

    Stir in Marshmallow Creme and beat until mixture is thick and creamy.

    Add other ingredients and mix well.

    Pour onto greased platter.

    Let set until firm.

    Cut with a warm knife into bite size pieces.

    Makes about 100 pieces.
