Ingredients
- 1 1/3 c. chopped candied cherries
- 1 c. chopped candied pineapple
- 1 1/2 c. chopped dates
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 4 1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
- 1 1/4 c. coconut (not fresh or frozen)
- 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 250 degrees. Grease and flour a 9-inch springform pan with the tube insert. Combine the cherries, pineapple, dates and flour in a large bowl.

2Toss to coat the fruit with the flour.

3Add the pecans and coconut.

4Mix well.

5Add the condensed milk. Mix well. Press into prepared pan and bake for 1 1/2 hours.

6Cool completely before removing from pan.

7Wrap tightly in foil.

8It will keep, refrigerated, for several weeks.
