Christmas Cookie Balls

  • 2 sticks margarine, melted
  • 1 (1 lb.) box confectioners sugar
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 c. flaked coconut
  • 1/2 lb. graham cracker crumbs (2 1/4 c.)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. peanut butter
  • 1 (12 oz.) bag chocolate chips
  • 1/4 bar paraffin

Directions

    Combine first 7 ingredients in a bowl.

    Butter hands and roll into small balls.

    Melt chocolate chips and paraffin ina double boiler.

    Place a few balls at a time into the hot chocolate mixture.

    Lift out with a fork onto wax paper to dry.

    Always keep chocolate mixture hot.

    Makes about 60 balls.
