- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 qt. light cream
- 1/4 c. light rum
- 1/4 c. brandy
- 1 (750 ml) bottle whiskey
- 1 pt. heavy cream, whipped
Directions

1In a large bowl, beat egg yolks until light.

2Gradually beat in 1 cup sugar, beating until light and fluffy.

3Stir in next 5 ingredients.

4Beat egg whites until frothy; gradually add remaining sugar and beat until soft peaks are formed.

5Fold in egg whites and whipped cream.

6Chill.

7Before serving, stir and sprinkle with nutmeg.
