  • 2 lb. dates, cut up
  • 4 pkg. candied cherries
  • 1 lb. walnuts
  • 1 lb. Brazil nuts

    Beat the eggs; add the sugar and beat.

    Mix the flour, baking powder and salt together and add to the egg and sugar mixture. Fold in the fruit and nuts.

    Bake at 325° for 1 1/2 hours.
