Christmas Fruit Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. candied cherries
  • 1/2 lb. chopped dates
  • 1 lb. chopped pecans
  • 1/2 box raisins
  • 2 slices chopped candied pineapple
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. vanilla wafers
  • 1 large can coconut

Directions

    Crush vanilla wafers real fine.

    Stir in Eagle Brand milk. Mix real well.

    Then add all your fruit.

    This will be real thick. Divide into rolls and shape like a pecan roll.

    Makes about 4 or 5, depending on how large you make them.

    Make 1 at a time.

    Lay on wax paper and roll in the coconut, then wrap in wax paper and Reynolds Wrap and freeze.
