Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) can jellied cranberry sauce (can use whole berry sauce)
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. white vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh ginger
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. allspice
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 2 Tbsp. water
Directions

1Combine first 7 ingredients in a medium saucepan.

2Stir together flour and water until smooth.

3Add to cranberry mixture. Bring mixture to a boil, stirring constantly.

4Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes or until thickened and bubbly.

5Remove from heat and cool.

6Store ketchup in an airtight container in refrigerator. Serve with cream cheese and crackers.

7Pour over cream cheese. Yield:
