  • 1 apple, peeled cored and sectioned
  • 1 pear, peeled cored and sectioned
  • 3 peaches, peeled cored and stone removed
  • 3 oranges, peeled cored and sectioned
  • 1 lb grapes, seedless
  • 12 cup sugar
  • 12 cup brandy or 12 cup whiskey
  • 1 lemon, juice of
  • 1 cup white wine

Directions

    Place all fruits into a 1 quart jar.

    Make sure fruit is tight and jammed to the top.

    Mix last 4 ingredients together, then pour into the jar with the fruit.

    Seal jar TIGHT, place in a dark place and open at Christmas.

    Serve with whipped cream, or hot custard or ice cream.
