  • 8 c. washed, unpeeled, thinly sliced cucumbers
  • 2 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 c. sliced onions
  • 1 c. sliced bell pepper
  • 1 tsp. celery seed
  • 1 tsp. mustard seed
  • 1 tsp. pickling spice
