- 1 c. butter
- 1 2/3 c. sugar
- 5 eggs
- 2 c. plain flour, sifted
- 1 lb. chopped pecans
- 1 lb. candied cherries
- 1 (4 oz.) can moist coconut
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar until creamy.

2Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.

3Coat nuts and cherries with small portion of the flour.

4Stir remaining flour into creamed mixture. Add nuts, cherries and coconut; mix well.

5Turn into well-greased tube pan.

6Bake at 250° for 3 1/2 hours.
